Dr. Brecknell is a functional neurologist and a chiropractic physician since 1989.
He is a graduate of Life Chiropractic University as well as the Carrick Institute out of Florida and for graduate studies. That’s where he did his functional neurology. His approach is Brain-Based Healthcare, providing a thorough brain-centered, metabolic, and physical medicine-based examination and also developing a plan for recovery
